This document serves as a guideline only. In the event of any dispute, the Terms and Conditions of use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of France and you hereby submit to the exclusive juridsdiction of the French courts (Tribune de Bordeaux).

2. Tariffs
The prices of products and services are given in Euros and do not include tax: VAT is non-applicable pursuant to article 293B of CGI: code général des impots (General French tax laws).
Prices may be changed at any time without giving prior notice, and without incurring any responsibility for “PIMPYOU”. Only those prices indicated at the time of ordering shall be considered valid.
3. Picture retouching
“PIMPYOU” offers editing and retouching of high-definition 1000 pixel photos which are supplied by the client via the site itself or through e-mail. The client chooses the type of editing or retouching he/she desires for his/her photo, according to the relevant type of Pimp (Basic, Classic or Premium).
4. Orders
“PIMPYOU” reserves the right to neither confirm nor honour an order for which payment has not been received, or for any other reason without being under obligation to give a reason. “PIMPYOU” also reserves the right to refuse to edit a photo, if the quality of the image supplied is not sufficient to ensure a satisfactory end result; in which case the client will be reimbursed. The information given by the client via the online order forms serves as an engagement on behalf of the client. “PIMPYOU” will not be held responsible if an order cannot be completed due to errors in the completion of the aforementioned order form.
5. Payment
Payment is made online with a credit/debit card, via the secure payment site, PayPal. All your personal information is encrypted and protected. Bank transfer: this payment method will take approximately 5 days to be validated. Any charges applied by the bank are the client’s responsibility.
6. Timeframe
Photo retouching will take:
8 working days from receipt of payment for the BasicPimp
5 working days from receipt of payment for the ClassicPimp
2 working days from receipt of payment for the PremiumPimp
7. Product availability
In the case of PremiumPimp and ClassicPimp orders where the background image is to be altered, “PIMPYOU” recommends that you send a copyright free digital photograph of your choice to be used as the basis for the background.
8. Cancellation Rights
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the consumer code, the client has 7 days to cancel their order without having to provide a reason or pay any fees. After receiving agreement from the client to complete their order, and in accordance with article L.121-20-2 of the consumer code, the right to cancellation does not apply to articles which are created following specific client instructions, or which are personalised and thus cannot be reused.
In the case of an error or fault in the execution of the order, the client has 8 days from the receipt of the order to make a complaint, detailling the exact nature of the mistake. If the complaint is accepted, “PIMPYOU” will proceed with a free replacement of the order, or it’s reimbursement, in which case the client must return the ordered articles in their original packaging, in a perfect condition and in their integrality. The replacement or reimbursement will then be given within five working days.
9. Delivery
For privat clients: No delivery will be made without having received payment for the order. Two methods of delivery are available: In the case of an electronic file order, the finished images will be sent to your e-mail address (in the form of a high resolution jpeg file). Any delay in delivery will not be the reponsibility of “PIMPYOU” and will in no way constitute a reason for reimbursement or refusal of the products.
For professional clients: You can pay your invoice within 10 days after the editing is approved. (Please contact us before and send us your company name and company number)
10. Privacy Policy
Any information you give us about yourself is saved by us purely in order to complete your order. No information you give us will be transmitted to any third party. Pursuant to the law 78-17 of the 6th January 1978, which relates to information technology, files and rights, you have the right to access, consult, modify, correct and delete any of the information which you have shared with us. 11. Intellectual property rights
This Website and its content (including without limitation the Website design, text, graphics and all software and source codes connected with the Website and the Services) are protected by copyright, trade marks, patents and other intellectual property rights and laws. In accessing the Website you agree that you will access the contents solely for your personal, non-commercial use. None of the content may be downloaded, copied, reproduced, transmitted, stored, sold or distributed without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
